  1. แนะนำให้รู้จักกับ คราฟท์ช็อกโกแลต และมีความแตกต่างกับช็อกโกแลตอุตสาหกรรมอย่างไร
  2. การเลือกช็อกโกแลตที่มีคุณภาพ
    • ประเภทของช็อกโกแลต
    • ความหมายของฉลากบนกล่องช็อกโกแลต
  3. เรียนรู้วิธีการชง bean to bar chocolate drink
    • แนะนำอุปกรณ์และวัตถุดิบที่ใช้ในการชงเครื่องดื่มช็อกโกแลต
    • เทคนิคในการชงเครื่องดื่มช็อกโกแลต
    • การเตรียมช็อกโกแลต
    • การผสมช็อกโกแลต
    • การเพิ่มเนื้อสัมผัสให้กับเครื่องดื่มช็อกโกแลต
  4. สูตรที่ใช้ในการชงเครื่องดื่มช็อกโกแลต
    • Classic hot/ice Chocolate (เพื่อทดลองชิมรสชาติมาตรฐานที่นิยมใช้ทั่วไป)
    • **Dutch Cocoa เพื่อเปรียบเทียบรสชาติ ระหว่างโกโก้ กับ ช็อกโกแลต
    • Cacao nibs tea (เพื่อเรียนรู้เครื่องดื่มจากโกโก้ในรูปแบบอื่นๆ)
